- Presenting eNoLux LLC frameworks or models as your own work without written license
- Scraping, harvesting, or systematically downloading content from this site
4. Proprietary Frameworks & Trademarks
The following names, frameworks, models, methodologies, and branded experiences are proprietary to eNoLux LLC. All rights are reserved. Use of these names or concepts in any commercial, academic, training, or organizational context without a written license agreement is prohibited.

The ™ symbol indicates an active trademark claim. Federal trademark registration applications may be pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Absence of a ® symbol does not indicate absence of trademark rights.
5. Copyright Notice
All original written content, framework descriptions, assessment instruments, curriculum materials, audio curation, visual design, and organizational structure on this site are protected by copyright. Copyright protection applies automatically upon creation under U.S. and international law. Registration with the U.S. Copyright Office may be pending for select works.
6. Survivor & Community Content
Content shared by survivors, contributors, or community members through this platform remains the property of its original author. By contributing content, contributors grant eNoLux LLC a non-exclusive license to publish that content within the Invisible Movement Series. eNoLux LLC will never sell, disclose, or share survivor content or identifying information without explicit written consent.
7. Licensing & Partnerships
Organizations, academic institutions, or individuals seeking to use eNoLux LLC frameworks, models, or curricula — including the DACAS™ model, Drift Assessment™, Syntara Path™, or any Invisible Movement programming — must obtain a written license agreement prior to use.
